PowerID provides long range, high performance UHF radio frequency identification (RFID) tags for challenging environments that contain metals or liquids.
PowerID's RFID labels utilize battery-assisted, passive (BAP) RFID technology for applications such as tracking metals and people tracking. Thin, flexible, and environmentally friendly, PowerID's RFID tags are ISO 18000-6C / EPCglobal Class 1, Generation 2 compatible and provide significantly enhanced performance over that of passive RFID tags. The superiority of PowerID RFID tags is a result of the integration of PowerID’s patent-protected, printable, thin and flexible battery, which is part of the label alongside the RF chip and antenna.
